Sum Distinct? Set Analysis?

All,

Please see the attached.  This is a pivot table export from Qlikview.  The data seems to be summing up on every Phase, rather than on each individual location and phase.

Phase 1 at Facility Location B is completely different than Phase 1 at Facility Location K.  I've tried a couple of different formulas and I keep coming back with some 0's on some, and numbers I can't identify in other, and they change based on the calendar selections.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

I tried to create a pivot table with some of your data and I didn't have your issue, but maybe I interpreted in a wrong way dimensions/expressions..

Can you attach sample data to load, specifying dimensions and expressions of your pivot?

Thanks,

Elena

Yeah I guess I didn't make that perfectly clear.

The 1198 was the sum of the data for the total of all "Phase 1" items, ! !Capture.PNG
