I'm trying to put together a report that shows rate of support calls/submissions by clients, as a ratio of calls/submissions to # of members by individual client. The totals are eventually grouped by different "alliances" or groups of clients. From the data here:
Company A | Alliance X | 10/1/2013 | 6 | 110
Company A | Alliance X | Fax | 10/1/2013 | 4 | 110 |
Company A | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 12 | 110 |
Company A | Alliance X | Call | 10/1/2013 | 2 | 110 |
Company B | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 4 | 94 |
Company C | Alliance X | 10/1/2013 | 24 | 195
Company C | Alliance X | Fax | 10/1/2013 | 2 | 195 |
Company C | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 6 | 195 |
Company C | Alliance X | Call | 10/1/2013 | 4 | 195 |
Company D | Alliance X | 10/1/2013 | 23 | 168
Company D | Alliance X | Fax | 10/1/2013 | 13 | 168 |
Company D | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 10 | 168 |
Company D | Alliance X | Call | 10/1/2013 | 4 | 168 |
Company E | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 2 | 51 |
Company E | Alliance X | Call | 10/1/2013 | 1 | 51 |
Company F | Alliance X | Online Forms | 10/1/2013 | 1 | 265 |
I am expecting my results for October 2013 and Alliance X to be 118 submissions, and 883 members (which would result in ~0.134). Does this make sense? I'm a bit new to Qlikview, so I don't know if there's a formula to group by and then sum?
