What is supporting project responsibilities.

Support project means you are supposed to support an already deployed application. Responsibilities which could vary business to business, might be like:

•      Front-end expression change or even creating new charts
•      Minor back-end script changes; performance tuning
•      Server maintenance like: schedule change; monitoring reload; user maintenance; performance tuning
•      Troubleshooting

Daily activities for support project.

1. Need to monitor the Qlikview application reload.

2. If any issue/failed then need to find out the root cause.

3. According to root cause you need to take appropriate action ex. Re-run, Server re-start, backend data correction.

4. If issue is related to data need to co-ordinate with source team.

5. If need any changes in script or UI level which are not measue
