Table presentation

Hi,

I have this table where the dimension is region and Column 'a' is an expression.

After the 'Total'  I need to add  'Reserve and 'net total' where the layout should be like the table(i.e. I can't add it as a text).

How do I achieve this, please help.

Note: There are other columns after 'a' but 'Reserve' and 'Net total' should only apply to Column 'a'. Thanks!
