Show the status of customer that is not present in my main fact table

Hi Team,

Attached the sample data and scenario. 2 input tables - Table1 and Table2. Table1 is main fact table, Table2 is used as mapping table only (key- customerid&date)

Highlighted the example in yellow which is the current challenge, customer is not available in oct data but still need to show up as Y in Reconciled? column in frontend (because it has L1 status in table2)

Please let me know for an queries. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
