Task error

Hi,

I have published a new version of a report on the QEMC.

I am not able to reload the report using the console. If i reload using the QV Platform, it works perfect but when I try to reload it via the QEMC it fails.

I also tried to add a new task to reload it but it didn't work. in fact that i have now to taks for the same reports.

The old one which I have deleted and the new one.

not ure why the old one still showing..

Any help?

thanks for the replay,

I have found the issue. the QVW was set as read only.

I unchecked it and it is workig fine.

Hi Alec,

This situation commonly happens because of the connection string, I guess you don't have the same driver (OLEDB/ODBC) in the server that you used in your machine. If you have local access to the server you can replace the connection string and reload it.

About the remaining task, if you've excluded the document without uncheck the reload in the Documents tab of the QEMC you'll have to recreate or rename a QVW with the same name you had before and uncheck the Reload, then you can exclude the document and the task will disappears.
