Text box vertical alignment in Safari browser

Can someone help me what is the work around for vertical alignment of a text box when displaying the application in Safari browser?

Something appears not to work in your Safari browser. Care to explain what exactly isn't lining up as intended? Post a screenshot if possible.

Please find the attached screen shot from Safari Browser. The vertical alignment set to Centered doesnt have any impact when viewing it in safari browser or ipad.
