Text object/Home

Hi folks!

I have 4 sheets, the first one is Home page and the others are: Management, Cost and Allocation. In Home page, I would like to use two text boxes  to link to the other sheets, the first one to link to Management page (That is easy) but, the second ones (Finance) should have a drop down list which show the Cost and Allocation page and then Cost and Allocation should be linked to their pagers respectively, how to do this? (Please look at below picture)
