Thick black cell boarder has to be removed

Dear Gurus,

I have attached a sample app, my requirement is to remove the thick black cell boarder.

And I cannot use straight table for this, I need to show the data in pivot table itself.

Thanks in advance and please do let me know in case of any clarification.

Go to Properties - Style

and make

Cell Borders Transparency to 100%

Properties - Style - Current Style = Light

Now Go to Pivot Table Cell

Right Click

Select Custom Cell Format

Apply whatever border and color you want...

Unfortunately I don't think you can do this apart from trying different colours or styles. I have seen some cases where people have used textboxes over the Dimensions to hide the borderline but that is a bit messy and you have to make sure that the table is not moved or minimized. Apart from that you can remove the vertical line by deselecting the "Vertical Dimension Cell Borders".

You can remove the vertical border by disabling Vertical Dimension Cell Borders

This will not remove the black border completely.

The best way is to select different style and add cell border and color by using Custom Cell Format

Attached the result after unticking the "Vertical Dimension Cell Borders"

I thought of having textbox but we have many pivot tables to adjust which will be a messy work.

Any other work around will be much appreciated, thanks
