Time Calculation contd..

Dear Experts,

You guys already helped on finding the time difference between "In Process" and "Complete" for each team which worked perfect.

Need your help again.

1.There are few cases where I don't have the "In Process" status, but directly its updated as "Complete".I want to update 0 hours spent on those specific cases.Kindly help me

2.Also I want to ignore some specific hours in the calculation.i.e.We have a case ID which starts on Thursday and completed on Tuesday.I want to exclude the hours from Friday 7PM to Monday morning 8AM.

Request you to help me on these points.

Thanks & Regards

Jeba

Hi Jeba,

  1. PFA for your first req.

  2. For second req, something has to be done using networkdays()function.

I am looking into and will update you soon.

Hi Anand,

Thanks a lot,it worked perfect.

I am also working on the networkdays function. But the thing is we need to exclude only the specific hours not the whole day.

Kindly send me if you find the solution.I will keep you posted.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Anand,

Also I need one more help.

In some cases I have two "complete" status for the same team which is logically wrong but our system accepts that.In such scenarios our time calculation goes wrong.Could you please help me in creating a code which accepts the "Complete" status for the maximum date/time.

Thanks & Regards
