Timestamp duration wise

hi all..

Please help me resolve the following problem:

if we have a timesheet foe a company and organizations want to see sum of logged hours on timestamp duration wise for complete organization. durations are full day, 4 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes.

user will change these on the fly. logged hour data should change accordingly also specify time corresponding to that time.

for example choosing 1 hour duration by the user, data should like like..

TIME                                        LOGGED_HOURS

9-10                                                       200

10-11                                                     150

11-12                                                     300
