Hey guys
I got 3 charts on a sheet. The layer is set to bottom for all 3. I have a text box layered top to cover all 3 of them. I set a conditional show so that a year must be selected in order to see the graphs.
here is my problem tho.
When i exit the sheet or go to another sheet, the layout stays the same but the graphs move to the top so that they cover the text object. They are all set to bottom so i dnt understand why this would happen.
Can anyone help me with this please?
Thanks
Hi,
Try using Custom Layering. Set the textbox to 1 then the other charts must have lower values eg: -1

Hey Nadsky
tried that already. I've set them to -18 and 20 and still the same thing happens
Any other ideas?
Hi,
Try this:
Set the charts Layer = Bottom; Show = Always
And the textbox that covers them, Layer = Top; Show = Conditional Show : Count(Year) > 0
If your problem still exist maybe there's somewhere in another sheets that selects Year.

Hey Nadsky
Thanks for the replies but they are not working. I have tried everything u suggested.
I found this though,

But I am running v9 SR4 so i dont know if its also a bug on ths current build.
Is anyone else experiencing difficulties similar to this?
Hi Blaze,
hmmm... Seems I can't help you on that part coz Im using V9 SR2.. But in this version layering is ok
Anyone who can verify us if this is a bug?
Thanks,
Anyone?
It's working fine for me in v9 SR5. Chart with conditional show on bottom later. Text box over chart in top later. Text box remains on top after changing tabs and/or changing the selections to make the chart show or not.
