Hi,
Dear
Once following expression was applied, total growth % wont come on the row. Please correct where I am wrong.
=Alt((Sum(GROSS_PREMIUM)-Below(TOTAL Sum(GROSS_PREMIUM), Count(DISTINCT TOTAL <TRN_YEAR> BRANCH_CODE)))
/Below(TOTAL Sum( GROSS_PREMIUM),Count(DISTINCT TOTAL <TRN_YEAR>BRANCH_CODE))*100, 0)
Hi,
At initial level it looks like the Alt (0) is giving you the error. Just replace it with Expression of Total.
Dear Sujeet,
Once Total applied error comes, If you don't mind will you re write it & send me!
Regards
Neville
Can you please share the sample file.
What number are you expecting to see for the total? Sum of 105 and 27 here?
Dear Sunny,
This is a growth calculation over 3 Years 2015,2016,2017. 105% growth is the increase from 2016 to 2017. 27% implies the growth 2015 to 2016. For the total column, I prefer to get the growth from 2015 to 2017.That is the premium difference of Rs 1186 vs 455. As you inquired whether I need 27 of 105, I appreciate if you suggest me different expression to get all three different answers. Of course I mainly focus on growth between 2015 vs 2015.
Thanks
Neville
