Totals and subtoatals in pivot Tables.

I have a pivot table with two dimensions (Country and city) and i have sales (current year and last year) as expressions two expressions.

I want to get toatals and grad toatals in piot table. here i keep on dimension vertically and one horizontal.

i want something like this, or any alternative is also possible with Grand Totals

City	NY		LN		total
Country	2015	2014	2015	2014	2015	2014
USA	77	0	0	0	77	0
UK	0	0	81	105	81	105
Total	77	0	81	105	158	105

Have you tried playing around with Show Partial Sums option on the Presentation tab? If you have not, then I would try doing that:
