Totals in Pivot tables HELP!!

Qlikview Gurus! I need your help to figure out how to show totals in Pivot tables. Please see the JPG attachment for how I would like to see it. Is this even possible?

I realize that 'Show Partial Sums' will only work if that field is a dimension and not an expression. Any other suggestions? I've also attached a sample app if anyone can help me with this..........

unless i missed something, check 'partial sums' for the sub-region dimension on the presentation tab
