Transfert d'une licence Desktop vers mon nouveau PC

I have a PC with a unique licence of QV desktop. But i will buy a new PC. How can i transfer my licence?

Je compte acheter un nouveau PC plus performant et cherche à transférer ma licence de QV desktop (ELF) de mon ancien PC vers ce nouveau. Comment puis-je faire?
