I would like to be able to add a button on the main page of the report where I can select the language, Spanish and English. How could I create it? Did you ever translate the name of all the variables or dimensions?

check qlikview file which anil has specified, but keep in mind that u need to create two fields which have English translation of all content and Spanish translation of same which you can toggle as specified in the above example.
