Guys, I have two fields, from different loads:
"ALL_OPTIONAL" (Load 1)
"OPTIONAL_INSTALLED" (Load 2)
I want to create a list that shows "ALL_OPTIONAL" excluded the "OPTIONAL_INSTALLED". After that, I want to create another list, that everything that I select from these two fields appears in another list.
OPTIONAL_INSTALLED | ALL_OPTIONAL - OPTIONAL_INSTALLED | WHAT I NEED (SELECTED FROM BOTH) |
---|---|---|
OPT 1 (SELECTED) | OPT 3 | OPT 1 |
OPT 2 | OPT 5 | OPT 4 |
OPT 4 (SELECTED) | OPT 6 | OPT 8 |
OPT 7 | OPT 8 (SELECTED) | OPT 9 |
OPT 9 (SELECTED) | OPT 70 (SELECTED) | OPT 70 |
OPT 30 | OPT 83 (SELECTED) | OPT 83 |
OPT 40 | OPT 115 (SELECTED) | OPT 115 |

may be like attached sample?
Yeah, almost perfect!
The thing is, these are your lists:
F1 | F2 |
---|---|
1 | A |
2 | B |
3 | C |
4 | D |
If i tried to rename that to a text like this:
F1 | F2 |
---|---|
Microsoft Office | Second Back Up |
Qlikview Stuff | 1st Back Up |
Windows Stuff | Anything Else |
Antivirus Data | 3rd Scan |
And then, that wanted list doesn't work anymore
I'm attaching that for you!
for string, you have to modify the variable declaration. PFA
Okay, i made it! Thank you so much!
But one more question, the last one i promise!
Is there any way to that 'wanted list' shows nothing at first?
I mean, if i have nothing selected it shows all values from the list, is there a way to show only the ones i selected and if i have none selected to show 'nothing' or 'empty'?
, Yes even that you can do. PFA
tresesco, i told you that was the last one, but..... lol
What you send me was perfect again, but for the lists i'm using, i have like 20 items at the first list and 40 at the second one and if i select more then 8, the 'wanted list' shows like '8 of 20' instead of showing all the names. And if i select almost all the items, it shows like 'NOT (missing items)'
I need it to show all the names, like, if i select 30 items i need to show the 30 names i selected, is that possible?
I'm attaching that again, and thank you again!
