I am creating an qlik application , where left pane should have some dimensions and top pane should have some dashboards which are common throughout the app.  And rest is the work area which keeps refreshing data .

I need to divide page in 3 panes how to do that

I don't think there is a way to create dedicated panes in QlikView.

You can basically create several sheets / tabs where you can place your objects.

You can use e.g. text objects to visually divide your sheets into parts.

If you want to reuse the same objects on different sheets, you can use 'linked objects'.
