I have two fields..invoice field and customer field.

The requirement is 1.First i have to create one field with links

                            2.when i click the it will goes to access point in that access point they want invoice field and customer field.

  How i can acheive this,please suggest me on this.

Please check out the attached example which shows you how to produce links in a chart, is this the sort of thing you were hoping for? Obviously you can build up your URL as a string adding any fields in you might require.

Note the 'representation' is set to Link on the expression column
