Unable to add users on Document CAL

Hi All,

                        In my qlikview server I am not able to add users to Doc CAL and Named CAL. its is throwing an as the below image

I am running the distribution service on a name which have an expiry date.

What is the sollution or Workaround to add users to Doc CAL as well as Named CAL to access permission for leasing licence
