Unable to fetch the Data

which connector your using ? if your using any trial version than it will have limit for the usage after that it won't allow you to fetch the data from cloud . Check your licence limits

Does not the error say that you have to buy an RedShift licence?

one way would be you need to export your data as a XML or spreed sheet and you need to store it out side the cloud environment and then you need to load the same
