Unable to open Qlikview first time

Hi,


We are facing below error while accessing Qlikview application (for the first time) through Access point.


After receiving this error, if we refresh the screen then Qlikview application gets opened up.


For the first time, it throws authentication issue but later on refresh it works.


Can anyone please help?

Hi,

Make sure that the network is working fine. At times due to network issue this issue may come.

Thanks for the help Solanki. Network is working fine.

On checking webserver logs, I found that when I am logging in for the first time I am getting below information:

Create client: No User

Create client: Mode=Anonymous

But when I am logging in second time, proper credentials gets passed here.
