Unable to use option Open in Server

Hi All,

I am trying to open a document by using the Open in Server option.

I have added the server name and I can see the folders available.

However when I try to select any folder it closes the screen so I don't get a chance to Open in Server

Any thoughts on what the problem could be

check that the firewall ports are open in both directions.

Normally ports 4747 or 4774 if tunelling

Hi Colin,

It's a Qlikview OEM Server, this could be causing the issue.

I also can't license lease on this server
