Unique Chart behavior required

Hi Experts - I have 2 charts as shown below.. I have Plan_cycle in the list box n the left side..

My requirement is ,

When i click on the plan_cycle (Eg.,2017/08/14 ) ... In the 1st chart it should show dimension starting from (2017/08/14 till 2017/11/06) and in the 2nd Chart lesser than the selected dates should be seen ie., 2017/07/31 & 2017/08/07..
