Hi, I have a data set that includes unstructured data. This contains details of telephone conversations, I would like to do some analysis on this in order to pick put common themes etc.
As anyone got any tips on how to acheive this with Qlikview ?
Are your common themes words and phrases to search for? Look into the matching functions maybe - WildMatch() in particular to pick out frequency of words and phrases...
