Update data

Hello everyone I wanted to make a button with the action that I update the data? how can I do?

The last update I'll take it from importing QVD file in XML format.
Do not use macros also perhè'm no expert.
To date I have to update the first update QVD file and then update my application thus updating the data.
Somebody help me. Sorry for my English low profile.
