Update value in join

Hi guys,

I really do hope if one of you knows the solution to this problem 🙂

I am importing Users (from xls file) table that contains the following fields:

email, firstname, lastname, optin

In second xls file I have list of unsubscribers. is there any way to update optin field based on the content of unsubscribers table?

If there is a link between the two tables then we might able to update it on Qlikview.

Hi,

you can load yours tables User and Unsubscribers and join their on email to add a new field with the new value for the optin field.

You must create a new field Optin for exemple Optin_tmp and after drop field optin and rename your Optin_tmp in optin.
