Upgrade to V10 - charts not working

We are in the process of converting V9 dashboards to V10 and are finding that some charts just do not work - even simple bar charts. They just disappear off the screen and we are having to re-create from scratch. But, it is only some charts and not all!?? Does anyone else have this issue and have you found out whether it is a specific piece of code that V10 does not handle well? Just so that we can correct rather thatre-create a lot of charts.
