Use a macro to launch a particular website on click of a button.

I need to write a macro which can be used to launch a web browser, and takes the user to a specific URL, on click of a button.

Please let me know how this can be achieved in Qlikview

I have looked into the Actions tab under the Button properties, but not very sure how to use it exactly to launch a URL through a macro...Appreciate, if you can provide an example to demonstrate the same.

Hi Swati,

Just add an External Action > Open URL, and then type the URL in the box, for example http://www.google.com
