I've set up a few variables (vRecency, vFrequency, vMonetary) looking if if a customer, for example bought over 1000euro (vRencency = 2), 5 times (vFrequency = 5), and hasn't bought in 3 months (vRecency =1). I'd like to create groups of customers based on those variables and combinations of variables (ex: 2/5/1 = "good customer"). I've created another table with the combinations that I would like to link with the variables.
Then I also want to be able to create a pivot with groups like "good customer" and look at their sales in the past 12 months for examples.
What is the easiest way to do that ?
