User Listbox Filtering/Searching

Hi All

Say i have a Listbox of Job Titles which is very long.

I want the user to be able to search/filter for multiple job titles at once using this sort of logic...

'*Manager*' OR '*Director*' OR '*Executive*'

The above doesn't seem to work in the search box so is this sort of logic possible to type in?

If you right-click on the listbox and select Advanced Search you can enter this kind of logic.
