Users being assigned named cals automatically. How ?

Hi,

Some users who have Document cals assigned to them, get assigned with named cals automatically and hold both Document Cals and Named Cals simultaneously. This issue has surfaced repeatedly, happens every other time i check the named cal list on QMC.

When this happens, I delete those named cals and let them have only document cals as it is the only solution for me

Can anybody provide the knowledge on this as I want to know how these users get named cals assigned to them automatically.

Is  'Allow dynamic CAL assignment' unchecked in QMC? (QMC-> System -> Licenses ->CALs -> Allow dynamic CAL assignment)

No, Allow document CAL assignment is checked.

If you don't want dynamic assignment of CALs, uncheck the option.

But isn't that option for automatic assigning of document cals ? Or does it even relate to this case , ie, assigning named cals ?
