Using Geocode with colors based on if statement

Hello

I am Using geocode in order to display my clients on the map

My question is is there a way to display the clients using if statement and colors

Client Name          Total USD Sales         

Client 1                    1000$

Client 2                    3000$

Client 3                        0$

if the client has sales display it on the map as green

if the client has no sales display it on the map as Red
