Using REST Connection to POST (send) data

We're wanting to use QvRestConnector to POST data to a Website / WebTool (internal to our company).

We've successfully configured a connection and can use a GET command and SQL SELECT to pull data from this site

i.e.

What we would like to do is send (a big chunk of) data to this website, I assume using POST. All the info is about using REST to get data from a data source not send. Can anyone advise how to POST?
