Using a Column Values as Predefined Listed Values for an Input Box

Within the attached file, I want the values within this column:

To be placed as Predefined Listed Values for this Input Box:

Is this possible?  I tried inserting the column name within the predefined settings, but it was not working.

You can use Multibox instead.

Use the expression = Concat(Valuelist, ';') as Listed Values on the Constraints Tab of the Input Box Properties.
