Value 1, Value 2 and Variance display in the same chart using Alternate State

Hi Experts,

I am trying to display a chart that show values of one state selection , values of other state selections and the variance between these two state values.

I have attached a sample QVW, but which displays data in three different charts. However, wondering if I can display three bars in a single chart for value 1(for one alternate state), value 2(for another alternate state) and the variance between these two values.
