Valuelist showing no results

Hi ,

I have used the below logic as expression using value list.But i haven't got enough results.

Please check once if I'm correct.

Logic:

If(ValueList(1,2) = 2,  if(isnull (sum(Closed))  OR   isnull  (sum(nitiated)) ,null() , num(sum(Initiated) - Sum(Closed),'+#,##0;-#,##0')))

or if there is any logic which is similar to the above.
