Values not showing properly

In attachment In text boxes I am trying to calculate the vause for this year and last year for Maximum monthnum.

It seems is it not working properly.

Please suggest.

What are the values that you expect to see?

Values for Max(Year) mean 2017 and max(Year)-1 mean 2016 ,for maximum month_num in the textboxes that i have created
