Hi,
I think I read somewhere in my book "QlikView 11 for Developers" about a way to add an external variable repository to a QlikView environment so that all documents using a variable in their calculations can draw it from a central repository and any changes have to be made in only one place.
Unfortunately I cannot find the place in the book anymore. That would be very practical here, we have a multi-tier architecture with a growing nr. of documents making use of the same data.
Can anybody hint me at a document or something here about a variable repository?
