Varibale Overview

hi,

I am using few variables in my Qlikview rpeort.

But when i transfer these reports / .qvw file to my users, they are not able to see the lines in the line chart which are using these Variables.

Later when i asked them to send the file back to me, I observerd that the variable i had defined is missing Settings -> Variable overview.

Why is the Variales which are defined in my system, missing when the users open from there end.

I am using Qlikview version : 9.00.7502.8 SR5

and i confimed even they are using the same.

That's strange indeed. The same thing is happening in my application. My application is using Section Access to define user as variable, but the the variable syntax entered in the 'Variable overview' window keeps disappearing.
