Vary Dimensions seen by Client Logged In?

My client wants to vary the dimensions that are seen in the dashboard based on who is logged into the dashboard on the portal. 

So if I work with Client A I want to see dimensions 1,2,&3

If I work for Client B I want to see dimensions 3,4,&5

And these can change over time as the client decides they want to see different dimensions.

I'm thinking that we need to maintain a table that shows which dimensions each client wants to see and then conditionally display these in the dashboard.  But I don't know.

Is there a way to do this and if so how?
