Hi there
In SQL, you are able to readily view the data in tables. Is it possible to also do this in qlikview without having to create objects to view the data? Someone told me that you are able to do this using the qvd's but not sure how to do this?

There are several utility programs on the market to view QVD files. We use EasyQlik Qviewer which you can easily find with a Google search. I use it almost everyday. You can download a trial version that will let you look at the first 50000 rows of data in your QVD.

		Dear Hetal,
Yes, you can read/view QVD file data without creating QlikView App or QlikView Object.
Here is the way, just install (EasyQlik QViewer) or (Q-Eye) software. Download links are given below,

Kind regards,

Hi Ishfaque Ahmed
Thank you so much. I managed to install QViewer and view the tables. Awesome. Will this software expire at some point in which case I would need to buy it? Or will this free version be usable indefinitely?
