Way to retain Leading number of "spaces" from excel data while loading . If any ?

Hello ,

We all have been trimming unnecessary spaces using trim functions . But i have a requirement where i want to load a column where i need to retain space (number of times space bar pressed , before actual data) .
I am not aware of function to do it  ?
