Webview not working in V11.2 and IE9

I believe this was working earlier but now am getting.......

"object doesn't support property or method 'loadXML'

evefy time i attempt to turn on Webview.

I saw this as an issue in version 10.

I am getting this under version 11.2  and ie9.

After some trial and error i was able to resolve this issue by setting my IE 9 settings to default.
