HEy,
What are the restrictions of Binary Load?
THanks
Binary Load loads the entire data model & data from another qvw.
It does no more & no less.
Hi,
you can only do one binary load in a qv app and as qv reference manual tells you it can only be the first line in your script. you can also not manipulate data in the binary load directly you have to resident load the tables after the binary load.
Best regards
STefan
Hi,
You can use only once Binary load ,it wont load variables and it should be first statement in script.
1. Binary load will load the entire data set and data-model from loaded QVW. You will not have option to reduce load.
2. If there are any variables on the other Qvw you will not retrieve them.
3. Binary load statement should always be the first line in first tab.
4. no charts or objects will be transferred. as i said before only the entire data model and data will be loaded.
As listed by Mahesh Cj
A binary load will fail if the source document has the option "Prohibit Binary Load" selected in the Document Settings. Opening tab.
You can only have one binary load statement
