We have a customer whose Knowledge Effectiveness Report is not showing all the data. It is supposed to be showing data for the last 18 months but only shows date for 3+ monhts ( since 4/1/12). In the qv_settings.xml file we found that the FirstRSDate is =2012-04-01.What is this setting? What does it control? How to we config the file to provide 18 months of data?
