What is the best way to load calulated columns into QlikView
I have loaded columns into an app from tables in our database through an ODBC connection. In addition to these columns we have calculated columns that are computed in our Visual Basic code when certain efficiency reports are run. What is the best way to capture these calculated columns into our apps without having to recreate the calculations in QlikView. For our initial demo to the owners we ran these reports and exported them to a spreadsheet that we linked to an app that used them. Going forward we need a way to do this without having to export the information to a spreadsheet then reloading it.
