i need to train a group of account staff to learn how to use Qlik view for their work , can some one share with me which video they should watch to motivate them to kick start ?

As well as youtube, take a look at Qlik's online training portal qcc.qlik.com and under the New User pathway for QlikView, there are a number of modules available for free ..
