Hi Attitude ,

                  The waterfall chart is used to show more nice view to the bar graphs,

It gives the trend analysis factor.

I have attached the examole below for waterfall chart.

For example we are having  4 values

A=30

B=A+10

C=B+20

D=A-10.

This can be best shown in the waterfall chart.

It can have negative values.

For example D=A-10 will generate the negative value.

I have attached the example for you below.

By the way I am not able to understand how come D=A-10 can have negative values? If it is just a typing mistake then its fine. If not please let me know!

                  D in the above case will have the value as 20.As we are comparing the value with respect to A.
